We are partnering with a large, well-established organisation seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its sizeable and high-calibre finance function.
This is a broad, hands-on role offering strong exposure across financial reporting, controls, business partnering and process improvement.
This opportunity is well suited to a technically strong Chartered Accountant coming from a Big 4 or mid-tier audit/consulting background, either making their first move into industry or bringing prior commercial experience.
The Role
Reporting to a Senior Finance Leader, your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end month-end and year-end reporting;
Preparation and review of statutory accounts and compliance obligations;
Managing audit processes and liaising with external auditors;
Oversight of balance sheet integrity and technical accounting matters;
Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles;
Driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls; and
Partnering with operational and non-finance stakeholders across the business.
This role offers genuine breadth and visibility, with exposure to senior leadership and involvement in key business initiatives.
About You
CA/CPA qualified (or near completion);
Background in audit or accounting advisory within a reputable firm;
Strong technical accounting knowledge;
High attention to detail with a commercial mindset;
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders; and
Proactive, adaptable and keen to build a long-term career in industry.
