Reporting directly to an exceptional Head of Finance, you'll join a high-performing team led by someone who combines strong technical capability with a collaborative, supportive leadership style. It's an environment where you'll be challenged, trusted and given the autonomy to make an impact. 
 
No two days will look the same. This role offers an excellent blend of commercial finance, financial control and leadership, allowing you to influence outcomes across both finance and operations. 
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the month-end close and delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting;

• Driving budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes;

• Providing commercial analysis and FP&A support to senior stakeholders;

• Partnering with operational and manufacturing leaders to improve profitability and business performance;

• Ensuring robust financial controls, governance and compliance across the finance function;

• Delivering meaningful variance analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making;

• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting efficiencies; and

• Supporting business initiatives, capital investment decisions and continuous improvement projects.

You'll be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and translating financial information into practical business outcomes. Ideally you'll bring:

• CA/CPA qualification;

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, mining, logistics or another asset-intensive environment;

• Strong technical accounting and financial control capability;

• Demonstrated FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis;

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels;

• A proactive mindset and genuine desire to improve processes and drive business performance; and

• Strong systems capability, with advanced Excel and ERP experience highly regarded.
