Our client is a well-established global organisation operating in a high-volume, product-led environment, with a strong presence across manufacturing and distribution. Known for their focus on innovation and performance, they’ve built a reputation for delivering quality products and staying ahead in a competitive market.
With continued investment in their systems and operations, the business is currently going through a period of transformation, particularly across finance and ERP. • Supporting end-to-end D365 F&O implementations;
• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements;
• Running fit-gap analysis and suggesting improvements;
• Translating finance needs into functional specs;
• Supporting testing, UAT and user training;
• Acting as the go-to for system queries and enhancements; and
• Keeping projects moving and stakeholders informed.
What they’re looking for
• 3–6 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;
• Exposure to a couple of full implementations;
• Strong understanding of finance processes across GL, AP, AR and cash;
• Comfortable working with both finance teams and technical teams;
• Someone who can problem solve and think on their feet; and
• Confident communicator, not afraid to ask questions or challenge.
What’s in it for you
• Competitive salary on offer;
• WFH flexibility with a Western Sydney base;
• Real involvement in system improvements, not just BAU; and
• Strong opportunity to grow with the business.
