We’re partnering with a high-growth, private equity–backed business to appoint a Finance Transformation Specialist to support a critical phase of change. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations and delivery, ideal for someone who thrives on implementing projects, influencing stakeholders and moving fast. 
 
You’ll work across a broad portfolio of finance initiatives, from revenue and pricing projects through to operational efficiencies, systems improvements and process redesign. With PE sponsorship, the environment is fast-paced, outcomes-focused and demands clear communication and decisive execution. 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver finance transformation projects end-to-end;

• Partner with a large and diverse stakeholder group across finance, operations and executive leadership;

• Drive initiatives across revenue, reporting, controls and operational efficiency;

• Translate financial insight into practical, implementable outcomes;

• Manage competing priorities and tight turnaround times typical of a PE environment; and

• Support continuous improvement across systems, processes and ways of working.

About You

• Strong finance background, gained in consulting and/or a commercial environment;

• Demonstrated experience delivering finance transformation or change initiatives;

• Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at multiple levels;

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments;

• Commercially minded, pragmatic and execution-focused; and

• Experience in or exposure to private equity–backed businesses highly regarded.
