We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a growing ASX-listed organisation.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role provides a senior leadership position within the finance function, collaborating with executive leadership to maintain strong financial governance, deliver accurate reporting, and provide valuable commercial insights across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead statutory and ASX financial reporting in line with AASB / IFRS requirements;

• Oversee audit, tax, and regulatory compliance obligations;

• Deliver accurate financial reporting, variance analysis and cash flow oversight;

• Oversee offshore finance team managing AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes;

• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks and risk management practices;

• Drive process improvement, automation and finance systems optimisation;

• Provide commercial insights to support pricing, cost management and strategic initiatives; and

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

About You

• CA / CPA qualified with strong technical accounting expertise (AASB / IFRS);

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finance Manager | Financial Controller role;

• Strong ASX reporting and audit experience;

• Proven leadership capability within finance operations;

• Commercially astute with strong stakeholder engagement skills; and

• Experience in finance transformation and systems implementation.
