An opportunity has become available for an FP&A Manager to join a large, highly regarded organisation in a newly created position designed to strengthen capability within a high-performing Financial Planning & Analysis function.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a visible, enterprise-wide role where you'll work closely with senior finance leaders and executives, helping shape financial decision-making across a large and complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of executive-level reporting, presentations and decision-support materials;
Translate complex financial models, assumptions and performance outcomes into clear, actionable insights;
Partner with finance leaders and senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making;
Drive the implementation and ongoing adoption of a new organisational budgeting framework;
Develop practical tools, guidance and frameworks that enable consistent financial understanding across the organisation;
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and influence outcomes through strong communication and financial storytelling; and
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help embed lasting change across the finance function.
About You
Extensive experience within FP&A, financial advisory, commercial finance or executive reporting roles;
Proven ability to engage, influence and present to senior executives and non-finance stakeholders;
Strong experience translating complex financial information into concise, executive-ready insights;
Demonstrated success collaborating across finance teams and broader business functions;
Experience supporting major transformation, framework implementation or change initiatives will be highly regarded; and
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
