An outstanding opportunity exists for a commercially astute FP&A Manager to join a high-performing finance team within a well-regarded ASX-listed organisation. 
 
Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will act as the clear 2IC, playing a pivotal role in leading the planning, forecasting and performance reporting cycles while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business. 
 
The Opportunity 
 
This role sits at the heart of commercial decision-making. You will:

  • Lead the budgeting and quarterly reforecast process;

  • Deliver high-quality board and executive reporting packs;

  • Provide insightful analysis on business performance, risks and opportunities;

  • Partner with operational and executive leaders to drive accountability and performance;

  • Support investor and ASX reporting requirements; and

  • Mentor and develop junior team members.

You will be both technically strong and commercially sharp, comfortable operating at board level while remaining hands-on with modelling, systems and reporting detail. 
 
About You

  • CA/CPA qualified;

  • Proven FP&A experience within a large or ASX-listed environment;

  • Strong financial modelling and reporting capability;

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders; and

  • Experience supporting board and executive reporting.
