The Role

The General Manager holds full accountability for day-to-day operations, guest experience, team leadership and commercial performance. This is a visible leadership role requiring sound judgement, operational discipline and the ability to run the business confidently and autonomously while maintaining consistently high service standards.

The Person

This role will suit an experienced General Manager from a hotel, resort or premium service environment. You will bring strong commercial acumen, emotional intelligence and a calm, engaging leadership style, with the ability to lead teams, build trust and deliver a consistently high-quality experience.
