Lead Fleetwood’s end-to-end technology function, including internal teams and external service providers;
Develop and deliver a clear technology strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities;
Oversee infrastructure, networks, applications, ERP, and service desk operations;

Lead cost management across technology, including SaaS, infrastructure, hosting, and services;
Develop business cases for new systems, upgrades, and transformation initiatives;
Strengthen cyber security posture aligned to NIST and relevant frameworks;
Oversee disaster recovery, incident response, and business continuity planning; and
Provide clear reporting and updates on cyber risk and technology posture to the Board.
About you
You are a practical, commercially minded technology leader who is comfortable operating in complex, operational environments.
You will bring:
Strong experience leading technology teams across infrastructure, applications, and service delivery;
A track record of delivering ERP and/or major systems transformation;
Strong understanding of cyber security, risk, and governance frameworks (NIST experience highly regarded);
Experience managing SaaS-heavy and outsourced vendor environments;
