We are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced HR leader to drive functional excellence and foster a high-performing culture in a complex, multi-site business. This hands-on executive role will shape people strategies, enhance workforce capability and lead transformative initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion and shape a high-performing organisational culture, translating business goals into impactful HR strategies;
Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee and industrial relations matters, navigating risk and resolving challenges with confidence and clarity;
Lead end-to-end talent strategies, including workforce planning, learning, development and retention, to attract, grow and retain top talent;
Spearhead transformative change initiatives, driving engagement, productivity and innovation across the business;
Forge strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment at all levels; and
Track, analyse and report on HR performance metrics, using insights to ensure compliance, maintain data integrity and continuously enhance processes.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on HR leader with a proven ability to drive results in operational environments. They are skilled in employee relations, talent management and change initiatives, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and lead large, dispersed teams effectively.
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar;
Extensive HR leadership experience with executive presence, ideally in large-scale operations;
Proven capability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs;
Strong experience in employee relations, workforce planning and talent management;
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills; and
Experience leading change programs and embedding process improvements.
