Reporting directly into the executive leadership team, this newly created position has been designed to elevate commercial decision making, improve visibility across performance, and help shape the next phase of growth for the business. 
 
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a high-impact role with broad organisational exposure and the ability to influence strategy across the entire business. The successful candidate will partner closely with the ELT and operate as a trusted advisor across financial planning, commercial analysis, reporting and business performance. 
 
This role will suit someone who enjoys operating both strategically and hands-on. The environment requires a “no job too small” mentality, where adaptability, ownership and commercial curiosity are highly valued. 
 
What are you doing?

• Lead the FP&A function across budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning;

• Partner with the ELT to provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations;

• Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards and reporting capability;

• Deliver meaningful analysis around business performance, growth opportunities and operational drivers;

• Support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business cases;

• Improve planning processes, reporting accuracy and financial visibility across the organisation;

• Build strong relationships across finance and non-finance stakeholders; and

• Contribute as a key member of the broader leadership group.

Does this sound like you?

• CA/CPA qualified with strong FP&A and commercial finance experience;

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership;

• Experience operating within fast-paced, evolving or growth-oriented environments;

• Strong analytical capability combined with commercial acumen;

• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels;

• Proactive, adaptable and willing to roll up your sleeves when required; and

• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
