This Head of HR role leads the full people function, partnering with the CEO and Board to deliver strategic and operational HR services, shaping capability, performance and organisational effectiveness across SRA enterprise-wide impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full spectrum of HR services including Business Partnering, TA, ER / IR, OD, L&D, Performance and Remuneration;
Develop and execute the HR Strategic Roadmap aligned to organisational strategy;
Partner with the CEO, Executive Team and Board on people strategy and workforce planning;
Lead organisational development, talent and capability frameworks;
Manage complex industrial and employee relations matters in a Modern Award environment;
Oversee remuneration, performance and annual people cycles;
Lead HR reporting, compliance (including WGEA) and Board reporting papers;
Drive HR systems, processes, administration and continuous improvement;
Ensure effective risk management aligned to Board appetite and internal audit actions; and
Lead, develop and uplift the HR team capability and service delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a commercially astute, hands-on yet strategic HR leader who thrives in environments where you can move seamlessly between boardroom and frontline execution. You bring calm authority in complex employee relations settings, coupled with a genuine ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust quickly.
Key Requirements
Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline;
7-10+ years’ experience in senior HR leadership role;
Proven experience across full-spectrum HR (TA, ER / IR, OD, performance, L&D);
Strong experience operating within Modern Award environments;
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability, including Board-level engagement; and
Demonstrated ability to lead both operational HR delivery and strategic workforce initiatives.
