The Opportunity

Morgans is seeking a forward-thinking Head of Marketing to shape and drive our marketing strategy, enhance our brand, build local area awareness and engagement to support our network of branches and advisers nationally. You will provide strategic direction to a multi-disciplinary marketing team, optimise digital initiatives across the client lifecycle and champion innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you will be doing

• Leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing marketing team;

• Translating group strategy into actionable marketing initiatives to attract, retain and engage clients;

• Overseeing website UI/UX and the digital product roadmap;

• Leveraging digital technology, automation tools and data insights to deliver engaging value propositions and generate business leads;

• Developing and implementing robust digital marketing strategies, including market and client segmentation;

• Leading agile, data-driven marketing initiatives to meet emerging client needs; and

• Supporting branch-level digital client attraction and retention initiatives (social marketing, Google AdWords, SEO and more).

What you will bring

• Demonstrated success across a broad range of marketing and digital disciplines;

• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practice, strategic delivery, segmentation, marketing automation platforms and online channels; and

• Excellent relationship and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
