We’re pleased to be partnering again with this ASX listed organisation to appoint a Head of Safety. This is a key leadership opportunity within a business delivering essential services across complex, high-profile environments. You will provide strategic safety leadership across a diverse, multi-site operation and partner closely with senior operational leaders to drive a high-performing safety culture.

Based at the Melbourne CBD office, you will be required to travel regularly to sites across Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales.

What we're looking for:

• Demonstrated experience leading safety within large, complex and matrixed organisations;

• Strong business partnering capability with the ability to influence senior executives, operational leaders and client stakeholders;

• Commercially minded with the ability to balance operational performance and risk management;

• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach that coaches leaders, builds capability and drives outcomes; and

• Experience within consulting, major corporates or similar contemporary best practice environments will be highly regarded.
