The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the national Sales function across multiple brands, overseeing both strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a high-performing sales team, including State Leaders and Business Relationship Managers;
Driving business development, innovation, and C-level client relationships with top accounts;
Developing and executing an integrated national Sales & Business Development strategy aligned with business objectives;
Representing the business at industry events, sponsorships, and client forums nationally; and
Contributing to executive leadership discussions and providing strategic input to the Board.
Key Outcomes
Achieve $30M+ in annual revenue and net growth targets;
Maintain and improve gross margin performance;
Build meaningful engagement with the top 50 clients, including regular reviews;
Lead a high-performance team through coaching, KPI management, and succession planning; and
Ensure a strong forward sales pipeline, structured call cycles, and effective reporting.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven national-level sales leadership with multi-state B2B experience;
Strong executive presence and ability to manage C-level client relationships;
A record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and delivering growth;
Expertise in CRM-driven sales process management, pipeline development, and reporting; and
Commercial acumen in pricing, margin management, and value-based selling.
