About the Role
This is a rare executive opportunity to lead a business-critical function responsible for delivering exceptional HR and Payroll operational services across a large and diverse workforce. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead Employee Services, Payroll, Time & Attendance and People Systems, while playing a key role in the organisation's payroll transformation and future operating model. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategy, improve service delivery and lead a high-performing team through a period of significant change.

Your Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing team while shaping the future operating model for People Services across a complex, multi-entity organisation.
Provide strategic leadership of payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance and the successful delivery of a major payroll transformation program.
Drive the strategy, governance and optimisation of People systems, including HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance platforms.
Develop and manage a scalable people shared services operating model aligned to business needs;
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, automate and improve People processes, embedding best-practice shared services principles.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across HR, Finance, IT and external providers.
What we’re looking For
You will bring a strong background leading large HR Shared Services or HR Operations functions within complex organisations;
Strong background in payroll operations, governance and compliance;
Experience delivering payroll or HR system transformation projects;
Solid understanding of HRIS, payroll and workforce/time systems;
Ability to lead process improvement and drive operational efficiency; and
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders.
