Due to increased workload and an upcoming office relocation, they are seeking a HR Administrator to join the team on an initial six-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension.
About the Role
This is a varied HR Administration role supporting the People & Culture team with day-to-day administration, employee records, onboarding support, and general office coordination. You'll also play a key role in assisting with an upcoming office relocation project, making this a great opportunity to gain broad exposure across HR and business support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the HR team;
Maintain employee records and HR documentation;
Assist with onboarding and employment paperwork;
Support HR compliance and filing processes;
Manage data entry and update HR systems;
Assist with office relocation administration and coordination;
Respond to employee queries and support day-to-day operations; and
Provide ad hoc administrative support as required across the business.
To be successful, you will have
Previous administration experience, ideally within HR or office support;
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Professional, proactive, and willing to assist where needed;
Experience with filing, records management, and documentation; and
Available to commit to an initial 6-month temporary assignment with potential extension.
