About the Company

Our client is a globally recognised organisation within the manufacturing and industrial sector, known for its strong reputation, innovative products, and commitment to operational excellence. Due to increased workload and an upcoming office relocation, they are seeking a HR Administrator to join the team on an initial six-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension.

About the Role

This is a varied HR Administration role supporting the People & Culture team with day-to-day administration, employee records, onboarding support, and general office coordination. You'll also play a key role in assisting with an upcoming office relocation project, making this a great opportunity to gain broad exposure across HR and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team;

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation;

  • Assist with onboarding and employment paperwork;

  • Support HR compliance and filing processes;

  • Manage data entry and update HR systems;

  • Assist with office relocation administration and coordination;

  • Respond to employee queries and support day-to-day operations; and

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required across the business.

To be successful, you will have

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within HR or office support;

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;

  • Professional, proactive, and willing to assist where needed;

  • Experience with filing, records management, and documentation; and

  • Available to commit to an initial 6-month temporary assignment with potential extension.
