HR Administrator (Entry-Level)

Whether you've recently completed your studies or have built strong administrative or customer service experience and are looking for a career change, this role offers the chance to learn from experienced professionals and develop a strong foundation across the full employee lifecycle.
 
The Opportunity
 
As part of a busy and supportive People & Culture team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities while developing valuable skills that will set you up for a long-term career in HR.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating recruitment activities and onboarding processes;

  • Providing administrative support to the People & Culture team;

  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR systems;

  • Assisting with reporting and data management;

  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications; and

  • Contributing to a positive employee experience across the business.

About You
 
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and genuinely interested in building a career in Human Resources.
 
To be successful, you'll demonstrate:

  • A genuine interest in Human Resources and people-related work;

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; and

  • Confidence working with systems and technology.
