Job Details

We’re partnering with a high-profile, iconic organisation with a diverse and fast-paced workforce. Renowned for its strong values and visible presence in the market, the business is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its collaborative People & Culture team.

This role has a strong employee relations focus, with responsibility across performance management, award interpretation, and providing practical, commercial HR advice throughout the employee lifecycle. It’s a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and your impact is highly visible.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end employee relations matters, primarily low to mid-level risk cases;

  • Lead performance management and probation processes, coaching managers through practical solutions;

  • Interpret and apply multiple complex Awards accurately;

  • Provide trusted advice to managers across a range of employee lifecycle issues;

  • Triage and prioritise HR matters across diverse business units with varying levels of maturity;

  • Prepare contracts, variations, onboarding documentation, and support recruitment coordination via Employment Hero;

  • Contribute to HR operations and shared administrative responsibilities within a busy, collaborative function; and

  • Support key HR projects when capacity allows, including engagement surveys, induction programs, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

About you:

  • You bring solid experience as a HR Advisor in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

  • A natural problem solver, you stay calm under pressure and bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to complex people matters;

  • You have hands-on experience managing employee relations casework end-to-end, with a sound understanding of policies and compliance; and

  • You’re a true team player, collaborative, reliable, and known for getting things done quickly and effectively without compromising on quality.
