This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging HR professional to further develop their experience within a true HR Advisor role, supporting a diverse and growing workforce.
Working as part of a collaborative national People & Culture team, you will build on your existing employee relations, recruitment and stakeholder management experience while partnering with leaders across a broad range of HR initiatives. This role will provide the opportunity to deepen your generalist capability and further establish yourself as a trusted HR advisor.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees;
Managing employee relations matters including performance, conduct and workplace issues;
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and talent activities;
Supporting learning & development initiatives and capability building;
Maintaining HR systems, records and reporting;
Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and broader People & Culture projects; and
Partnering with stakeholders to support a positive and high-performing culture.
About You:
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR professional who is confident working across a broad generalist remit.
To be successful, you’ll demonstrate:
Previous experience in a HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or similar generalist role;
Exposure to employee relations case management and confidence navigating workplace matters;
Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes;
An interest or exposure to learning & development initiatives;
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships;
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to manage competing priorities; and
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with HR systems.
