Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven environment? Our client, a well-respected school in Melbourne’s west, is seeking a committed HR Advisor to join their warm, collaborative team.
 
In this generalist role, you will support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, compliance, interpreting awards, employee relations, WorkCover coordination, and contributing to broader HR initiatives. You’ll work closely with staff and leaders across the school, building trusted relationships and championing a positive, supportive culture.
 
A key part of this role is helping to embed the school’s mission, ethos and values into everyday people practices.

About you:

• Experience in HR generalist or HR advisory roles;

• Strong working knowledge of awards, compliance, and HR processes;

• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships;

• Able to support and uphold the mission and values of the school**.**
