About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension, for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys a hands-on role.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, providing practical advice across end-to-end case management, employee relations, performance management and change initiatives within a complex workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with leaders to support workforce performance, engagement and culture;
Manage and guide employee relations and industrial relations matters end-to-end;
Coach leaders through performance management, investigations and terminations with fairness and confidence;
Build leader capability around HR best practice, legislation, awards and policies;
Support change initiatives, succession planning and performance frameworks;
Act as a conduit between leaders and the broader People & Culture team;
Identify emerging risks, trends and opportunities and turn them into practical solutions; and
Contribute to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You’re an experienced HR Generalist or HR Business Partner who:
Holds relevant tertiary qualifications;
Brings strong HR/IR experience, ideally within a complex environment;
Is confident advising senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes;
Enjoys balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery;
Communicates clearly, calmly and pragmatically;
Works autonomously while valuing collaboration and shared success; and
Brings a modern, commercial and people-focused approach to HR.
