Join a major services provider on a 12-month fixed term contract as HR Business Partner. Partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver contemporary people solutions, embedding fit-for-purpose HR systems, improving performance, culture, workforce planning and employee outcomes together.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective partnering relationships with leaders, providing advice on legislation, policy frameworks and core HR activities;
Support complex employee relations matters, including case management and resolution of workplace issues;
Drive continuous improvement in performance and development conversations across the organisation;
Deliver cyclical HR activities including workforce planning and talent management processes;
Support organisational design discussions, contributing to strategic workforce and structure decisions aligned to principles;
Provide timely HR metrics, analytics and insights aligned to business performance and people objectives;
Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned to best practice and operational requirements; and
Support culture initiatives that embed organisational values and strategic roadmap priorities.
To be successful you will be an experienced HR Generalist with strong employee relations capability, able to partner effectively with leaders in complex or regulated environments. Data-driven, adaptable and confident influencing diverse stakeholders across workforce planning, performance and organisational change.
Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related field and 5+ years’ experience in HR generalist roles;
Strong employee relations and HR advisory capability;
Experience across organisational development, performance, succession and remuneration;
Confident using HR data and metrics to support decision-making; and
Sound understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
