Job Details

We’re partnering with a highly regarded organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a maximum-term contract through to August 2027.
 
This is a fast-moving opportunity for a confident HR Business Partner who enjoys balancing day-to-day people matters with broader people initiatives, and partnering closely with senior leaders across a defined client group.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with leaders to provide practical, considered advice across the employee lifecycle, supporting day‑to‑day people decisions as well as broader workforce challenges;

  • Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and resourcing decisions, ensuring leaders are equipped to plan effectively and sustainably;

  • Coaching and guiding leaders on performance management, employee development and employee relations matters, building capability rather than dependence on HR;

  • Managing complex employee relations and workplace issues end‑to‑end, applying sound judgement and a balanced, pragmatic approach;

  • Supporting the delivery of key People & Culture initiatives, including performance frameworks, engagement activity and leadership capability uplift;

  • Using workforce data and insights to inform decision‑making, identify trends and support evidence‑based people strategies; and

  • Ensuring the consistent application of policies and compliance with relevant employment legislation across the organisation.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience operating in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role within a complex or fast‑paced environment;

  • Experience supporting a defined business portfolio, partnering closely with leaders to deliver practical, outcome‑focused people solutions; and

  • Strong employee relations capability, including confidence managing matters end‑to‑end with sound judgement and professionalism.
