Based from Perth, this role will support the busy Western Australian portfolio which continues to grow.
**The Role
**
As a trusted partner to leaders, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while partnering with the business to deliver practical people solutions that align with organisational goals.
Key responsibilities include
Partnering with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice across a diverse workforce of healthcare professionals;
Coaching managers on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning and leadership capability;
Managing employee relations matters and providing guidance on workplace legislation, policies and best practice;
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention and succession planning initiatives;
Analysing workforce data and HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes; and
Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and people initiatives.
To Be Successful
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline;
Proven experience in a true HR generalist or HR Business Partner role within a complex, multi-site environment;
Strong employee relations and case management experience;
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels;
Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills;
A commercial mindset with the ability to balance business objectives with people outcomes; and
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
