**About the Role
**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a national corporate workforce on a 12-month contract basis.

Partnering closely with leaders across the organisation, you will provide trusted HR advice and support across a broad range of employee relations matters, with a strong focus on end-to-end case management. You will play a key role in managing complex workplace matters, mitigating risk, and supporting leaders through challenging employee situations while ensuring best-practice HR outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders across the business;

  • Manage end-to-end ER case management including investigations, grievances and PIPs;

  • Provide guidance on bullying, harassment, performance and conduct matters;

  • Support workers’ compensation and non-work-related injury matters;

  • Conduct investigations and show cause processes while ensuring procedural fairness;

  • Coach leaders through difficult conversations and complex employee matters;

  • Identify HR risks and proactively implement solutions to prevent escalation; and

  • Support organisational change initiatives and workforce priorities.

About You

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with strong employee relations capability and confidence managing complex workplace matters from start to finish.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex ER case management matters;

  • Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and workplace relations principles;

  • Experience conducting investigations, show cause processes and grievance management;

  • Confidence partnering with leaders and providing practical HR advice;

  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills; and

  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
