This is an opportunity to join a values-driven environment where People & Culture plays an important role in supporting organisational performance, developing capable leaders and creating a positive employee experience.

**About the Role
**
This is a broad and hands-on People & Culture Business Partner role, partnering with leaders to deliver people outcomes aligned to the organisation’s strategy. You’ll provide trusted advice across employee relations, performance, leadership capability, workforce planning, recruitment and organisational change, while managing complex people matters and contributing to key P&C initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to influence leaders, support a positive workplace culture and ensure employment, industrial and WHS obligations are met. It’s well suited to a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, providing practical advice and balancing strategic partnering with hands-on operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to deliver the People & Culture strategy across assigned teams;

  • Provide practical, timely and commercially sound HR advice;

  • Manage complex and sensitive employee relations matters;

  • Support leadership capability, performance and positive workplace culture;

  • Contribute to workforce planning, talent development and succession planning;

  • Support key P&C initiatives, projects and workforce programs;

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and industrial instruments;

  • Support WHS processes, incident reporting, training and risk management;

  • Oversee end-to-end people processes including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding;

  • Maintain accurate employee data and HRIS records; and

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted P&C advisor.

**About You
**
You’ll be an experienced HR/P&C professional who is confident partnering with leaders and providing advice across a broad range of people matters. You’ll bring strong employee relations capability, sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with confidence.

You will ideally have:

  • A relevant qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline;

  • Demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partnering or HR advisory role;

  • Strong employee relations and performance management experience;

  • Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments;

  • Experience influencing and advising leaders at all levels;

  • Exposure to WHS, compliance and HRIS systems;

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills;

  • The ability to balance operational priorities with broader business objectives; and

  • A continuous improvement mindset and focus on delivering practical outcomes.
