Due to internal movement, an opportunity now exists for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People & Culture team in a practical, operational capacity.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide hands-on HR support to leaders across your client group. This role is focused on delivering practical HR solutions, managing day-to-day people matters, and supporting leaders to effectively manage their teams.
Key responsibilities include
Providing operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle;
Managing ER / IR matters, including investigations, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes;
Supporting leaders with recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding;
Advising on remuneration, policy interpretation, and employment legislation;
Assisting with change processes and team restructures as required;
Coaching leaders on best-practice people management; and
Supporting the implementation of engagement and culture initiatives.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being visible in the business, building relationships, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
About You
You are an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor who thrives in a hands-on environment. You are comfortable managing operational HR matters end-to-end and partnering closely with leaders to provide timely, practical advice.
You will demonstrate
Strong experience across ER/IR and performance management;
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach;
Confidence working directly with leaders to resolve people issues;
Solid understanding of employment legislation and awards; and
A collaborative, down-to-earth working style.
