About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career HR professional to join a well-established HR team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full HR function, working closely with leaders who value collaboration and professional growth. If you’re organised, proactive, and keen to build your HR career, this role is a great chance to step in and make an impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and coordination;
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes;
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies;
Coordinate HR projects and initiatives as required; and
Provide administrative support across the HR function and ad-hoc tasks.
About You
You’re an early-career HR professional with 1+ years’ experience in HR or recruitment, looking to take the next step in your career. You’re organised, proactive, and have a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy jumping in and owning projects, and are motivated to learn and grow within a values-driven HR team.
