About the Business

We are partnering with a well-established, healthcare organisation with a national footprint across Australia. With a strong focus on people and culture, they've built a collaborative workplace where HR is genuinely valued as a business partner. They're now looking to expand their People & Culture team with a motivated People Coordinator ready to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
 
What you'll be doing

Joining a close-knit People team, you'll provide end-to-end HR administration and operational support across the full employee lifecycle. Day to day, this looks like:

  • Supporting recruitment administration, posting roles, screening applications, and coordinating interviews;

  • Maintaining accurate employee records in line with applicable Awards, legislation, and internal policy;

  • Providing first-line HR advice to managers and employees on a range of queries, escalating where appropriate;

  • Supporting onboarding, variations, performance management processes, and offboarding;

  • Partnering with the People Business Partner and People Advisor on project work and more complex HR matters; and

  • Analysing exit data and identifying trends to inform retention and continuous improvement initiatives.

What experience you need to apply

  • 1–2 years in HR or recruitment admin;

  • Strong data entry & systems skills;

  • MS Office Suite proficiency; and

  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

What you'll get in return
