About the Company  
 
This HR Generalist role offers a broad mix of responsibilities across the full employee lifecycle, supporting both operational HR activities and ongoing HR initiatives. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining HR processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and contributing to projects that enhance employee engagement and organisational performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented and thrives in a hands-on environment. 
 
About the Role  
 
This HR Advisor role is a true generalist position, offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leadership across ANZ. You will support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, recruitment and payroll coordination, while also contributing to broader HR initiatives and projects. With a clear succession plan in place, this role offers the opportunity to step into a HR Manager position over time for the right person. 
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR data, reporting and employee records (HRIS);

  • Coordinate onboarding, contracts and induction processes;

  • Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities;

  • Assist with performance review and goal-setting processes;

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives;

  • Support payroll activities and compliance requirements;

  • Manage workers compensation administration;

  • Assist with HR metrics, reporting and analysis;

  • Support HR projects and process improvements; and

  • Promote employee engagement and workplace initiatives.

To be a successful applicant, you will bring:

  • + years’ experience in a HR Generalist or similar role;

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures;

  • Knowledge of employment legislation and awards;

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;

  • Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; and

  • A proactive, hands-on and team-oriented approach.
