About the Company

This organisation designs, manufactures and distributes products supporting a broad range of commercial and industrial customers and due to continued growth, is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join their team.

About the Position

This is a hands-on HR generalist role providing day-to-day support across core HR activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes;

  • Provide accurate advice to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures;

  • Support performance management, probation and employee relations matters;

  • Maintain HR documentation, records and systems in line with compliance requirements;

  • Prepare HR reports, data analysis and statutory documentation;

  • Assist with HR policy development and implementation;

  • Support training coordination and internal communications;

  • Coordinate WHS activities, including injury management and return-to-work processes; and

  • Provide general HR support to senior leadership and contributing to HR projects.

About You

You’re a reliable and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working across a broad range of HR activities. You’re comfortable supporting managers, managing confidential information and balancing competing priorities in a structured environment.

You will have:

  • A qualification in Human Resources;

  • Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements;

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills;

  • Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office;

  • A practical, professional and service-oriented approach; and

  • Ability to work on-site 5 days.
