This organisation designs, manufactures and distributes products supporting a broad range of commercial and industrial customers and due to continued growth, is seeking a Human Resources Officer to join their team.
About the Position
This is a hands-on HR generalist role providing day-to-day support across core HR activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes;
Provide accurate advice to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures;
Support performance management, probation and employee relations matters;
Maintain HR documentation, records and systems in line with compliance requirements;
Prepare HR reports, data analysis and statutory documentation;
Assist with HR policy development and implementation;
Support training coordination and internal communications;
Coordinate WHS activities, including injury management and return-to-work processes; and
Provide general HR support to senior leadership and contributing to HR projects.
About You
You’re a reliable and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working across a broad range of HR activities. You’re comfortable supporting managers, managing confidential information and balancing competing priorities in a structured environment.
You will have:
A qualification in Human Resources;
Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements;
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
Clear written and verbal communication skills;
Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office;
A practical, professional and service-oriented approach; and
Ability to work on-site 5 days.
