We're partnering with a well-established industrial services organisation seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their HR team on an initial contract basis, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity.

The Role
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you'll play a key role to:
Support the team across the full generalist function from onboarding to offboarding;
Provide practical HR support and guidance to managers and employees across a range of people matters;
Support the team across a range of HR administration activities;
Support employee relations matters in partnership with line leaders; and
Contribute to HR projects, engagement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
About You
3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role;
Exposure to industrial, blue-collar, construction, manufacturing, mining, logistics, or related environments will be highly regarded;
Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices and employment legislation;
Experience supporting employee relations matters and interpreting Awards and / or Enterprise Agreements;
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities;
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities; and
A collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a busy environment.
