We are seeking an experienced HR Project Coordinator to provide immediate hands-on support to a specialist project team. This role will suit someone highly organised and detail-focused who is comfortable working with large volumes of sensitive workforce documentation, data and project information.
The role will include:
Collating and organising People & Culture documentation;
Managing position descriptions, employment documentation and historical records;
Establishing and maintaining a centralised project document repository;
Maintaining project registers, trackers and supporting documentation;
Reviewing information for completeness and identifying missing documentation;
Coordinating information from multiple stakeholders;
Following up outstanding actions and keeping project activities moving;
Providing general project administration and coordination support; and
Handling sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
About you:
You may come from a Project Coordinator, HR Coordinator, P&C Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar background. Experience supporting HR, IR, payroll, compliance, HRIS or workforce projects would be highly regarded, but exceptional organisation, attention to detail and project coordination capability are most important.
You will be comfortable working at pace, managing large volumes of information and proactively following up stakeholders and outstanding actions.
This is an immediate temporary requirement with an initial assignment of approximately two to four months.
