About the company
Our client is a prominent, ASX-listed organisation renowned for consumer product innovation. They foster a highly collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth culture centred around care and teamwork.
About the role
This is a dynamic, end-to-end position blending HRIS administration, data analytics, and operational support across the employee lifecycle. Having recently implemented Workday, the business is moving past basic transactional processes and focusing heavily on system optimisation, reconfiguration, and enhancing the overall user experience.
Key responsibilities include:

  • HRIS Administration & Optimisation: Managing employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, triaging support requests, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with testing and configuration to improve the platform;

  • Data & Reporting: Maintaining data integrity across HR platforms and delivering critical reporting metrics, including ESG, WGEA, and Board-level papers;

  • Operations & Advisory: Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding internal HR policies, compliance checks (including right-to-work), and organizational updates; and

  • Onboarding & Engagement: Supporting the onboarding process for new hires and maintaining internal HR SharePoint pages.

**What experience you'll need to apply:
**

  • HRIS Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of dedicated HRIS experience, with a strong preference for Workday HCM (Workday certifications are a bonus but not mandatory);

  • Systems & Data Literacy: Proven experience configuring and testing business process enhancements, alongside strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and deliver insights;

  • Operational Execution: A solid understanding of core HR operations, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; and

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.

What you'll get in return

A salary in the range of $110k - $120k + Super, hybrid flexibility with 3 days in a modern North Sydney office and 2 days working from home. The opportunity to move beyond business-as-usual operations and actively shape, reconfigure, and optimise a newly rolled-out Workday environment. This is an initial 6-month parental leave contract, with very strong likelihood of extension to 12 months.
