We are partnering with a highly reputable and values-driven organisation within the NFP sector with a long-standing history of delivering essential support services across NSW. As they continue to invest in workplace safety and well-being, they are seeking an experienced HSE Business Partner to support their commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and compassionate environments for staff and clients alike.

About the Position

As the HSE Business Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in driving a proactive safety culture across multiple sites across NSW.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate closely with site managers and operational teams to uphold high safety standards and positive workplace culture;

  • Supporting WHS risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety reporting;

  • Lead WHS training sessions and delivering relevant communications;

  • Maintain safety data systems and reporting performance indicators; and

  • Conducting scheduled WHS/HR site support visits and ensuring regulatory compliance.

About You

You are a dedicated safety professional who brings a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You are confident working across multiple sites, building rapport with teams at all levels, and delivering practical, people-first WHS support.

You will have:

  • Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent (essential);

  • Strong experience in WHS systems coordination, safety consultation, and training delivery;

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to promote a safety-first mindset; and

  • A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel across sites.
