The Role:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support a national portfolio, which will require some adjustment to working hours. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting cyclical P&C initiatives such as remuneration reviews and talent management;

• Interpreting and applying relevant awards, policies, and legislation to ensure compliance;

• Providing coaching and guidance to national employees, particularly on complex people matters;

• Offering practical advice on next steps for a range of people related issues; and

• Providing backup support to the HR Administrator when needed across the employee lifecycle.

To Be Successful:

• Experience in a similar role as an Advisor or Coordinator with demonstrable experience partnering with employees;

• Experience in a multi-site environment is beneficial;

• Comfortable providing HR guidance across dispersed teams and supporting leaders remotely;

• Able to work effectively in a changing and growing environment; and

• Brings a positive, collaborative, and team-focused mindset.
