What you'll be doing
End-to-End Recruitment: Partnering with the Recruitment Coordinator & National HR Advisors on strategic sourcing, interviewing, and building business cases for new hires;
Graduate Programs: Coordinating and managing the annual Summer Clerk and Law Graduate recruitment campaigns;
HR Advisory & ER: Providing commercially astute generalist HR advice, employee relations support, and policy guidance to managers, Partners, and staff;
Reporting & Compliance: Assisting with performance and remuneration reviews, auditing, and compliance reporting; and
Internal Engagement: Contributing to internal communications, HR marketing initiatives, and multi-state team projects.
What experience you need to apply
Previous experience as either an HR Admin, HR Coordinator or HR Advisor, within the professional services sector;
The ability to work across multiple states, adapt quickly, and the confidence to seek guidance from a supportive team when needed; and
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
