Stakeholder Coaching: Partner with Directors of Nursing and site managers to handle difficult conversations and rostering practices;
Industrial Relations: Work confidently within a unionised environment and apply relevant awards and enterprise agreements;
Systems & Improvement: Support the ongoing rollout and payroll integration of the HRIS; and
WHS Support: Collaborate with the Return to Work Coordinator on workers' compensation claims and safety obligations.

Previous experience as either a Senior HR Advisor or Human Resources Business Partner, preferably within a similar sector;
Proven experience working with unions and enterprise agreements;
Demonstrated ability to lead complex workplace investigations from end to end;
Working knowledge of WHS, workers' compensation, and return-to-work procedures;
A current driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle for travel to various sites across NSW; and
Experience with HRIS platforms and a continuous improvement mindset is highly valued.
What You'll Get in Return
A package of $120,000 to $140,000 plus super, plus a fuel card and toll tag for all travel. You’ll operate on a hybrid model with one day WFH and the rest in the office or on site. You will also receive mentorship from an HR Lead who invests in team development and provides real autonomy.
