Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with Branch Managers to align people strategies with commercial business objectives;
Talent Acquisition & EVP: Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning to attract top talent and improve "Time to Fill" metrics;
Performance & Coaching: Guide managers through performance review cycles, goal setting, and professional development;
Employee Relations: Act as the subject matter expert on the Fair Work Act, managing conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes;
Engagement & Retention: Use data from their engagement survey to build and execute action plans that reduce turnover and improve team culture; and
Organisational Development: Drive change initiatives, including process improvements and leadership capability training.
About You
You have a proven track record in HR Partnering with significant experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally within multi-site business services, property, or a similar fast-paced industry;
You possess Legislative Knowledge and maintain a strong, working grasp of the Fair Work Act and Australian employment law to ensure the business remains compliant and protected;
You excel at Stakeholder Management and have a demonstrated ability to build trust and influence branch-level leaders who are managing high-pressure operational targets;
You understand the "Full Lifecycle" of employment, having gained extensive experience across the entire journey from talent attraction and onboarding to offboarding and exit interviews; and
You are a Strategic Thinker with a track record of using data, such as retention and engagement scores, to identify root causes and implement practical, long-term solutions.
What you’ll get in return for your talents
This is a 3-month full time contract, with strong possibility of going permanent. They are offering a salary of $120k + super, with hybrid working.
