  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline are highly desirable;

  • High levels of emotional intelligence, communication and interpersonal capability, with the ability to influence, coach and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels;

  • Comfortable working autonomously as part of a nationally dispersed HR function, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and changing business needs;

  • Experience supporting broader HR initiatives and projects, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to contribute to process, systems and capability enhancements;

  • A collaborative and supportive approach, with the willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute positively to the broader HR team environment; and

  • Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex people matters with professionalism and sound judgement.
