About the Opportunity
This is a genuine Business Partner opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys influencing strategy, solving complex workforce challenges and delivering meaningful organisational outcomes. Supporting a diverse multi-site portfolio from a centralised People & Culture function, you will partner closely with leaders to shape workforce decisions, drive change and build high-performing teams.
Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies that strengthen capability, performance and organisational effectiveness;
Build leadership confidence and capability by coaching leaders through complex people, performance, and employee relations challenges;
Provide commercially informed advice that balances business objectives, employee experience and organisational risk;
Leverage workforce data, insights and emerging trends to inform decision-making, identify opportunities and help shape future workforce priorities;
Support organisational change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, helping leaders successfully embed new ways of working;
Drive talent, succession and capability planning initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines and prepare the workforce for the future;
Collaborate with specialist People & Culture teams to deliver integrated solutions across employee relations, talent, learning and organisational development; and
Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion and high performance, empowering leaders to create engaged, capable and psychologically safe teams.
About You
You are an experienced People & Culture professional who thrives in a true business partnering environment, combining strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. You build credibility quickly, influence with confidence and enjoy partnering with leaders to improve performance and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related discipline;
Demonstrated experience in a Business Partner role within a complex, multi-site environment, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across geographically dispersed operations;
Strong employee relations expertise, with experience managing complex performance, conduct, grievance and workplace relations matters;
Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, restructures and workforce initiatives within dynamic operating environments;
A commercially minded, solutions-focused approach, underpinned by sound judgement, professional curiosity and the confidence to navigate complexity and ambiguity;
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to leverage workforce data and insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement; and
The agility to operate at both a strategic and operational level, partnering with leaders to shape outcomes while remaining willing to roll up your sleeves and deliver.
