A key focus of the position will be managing employee relations matters with the support of a specialist ER team, while also supporting workforce planning, leadership coaching, organisational change and broader people initiatives. • Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and leadership coaching initiatives; and

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Benefits on offer:

  • Join a values-driven organisation making a meaningful impact in the community;

  • Report to a highly experienced People & Culture Manager, appointed by u&u;
