We’re partnering with a fast-growing, sales-led organisation to appoint an Instructional Designer to support the evolution of their field learning and onboarding content. You’ll be the go-to specialist helping lift the quality, consistency and impact of learning content across the business. This is a highly practical design role, focused on making learning simple, engaging, and genuinely usable in fast-paced field environments.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with the Learning team to refine, modernise and build learning content that supports a distributed, sales-led workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Review, refine and uplift existing eLearning and onboarding materials;
Design and develop engaging digital learning content using modern tools and formats;
Translate existing content into clear, succinct, field-ready learning experiences;
Partner with the Learning Manager to support ongoing content development and updates;
Ensure learning assets are visually engaging, consistent and aligned to business needs;
Maintain and continuously improve learning content based on feedback and insights; and
Support the evolution of onboarding and capability programs across the field workforce.
About You:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in instructional design or eLearning design;
Certificate IV (or higher) in Instructional Design, eLearning or related field;
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex content;
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
Analytical mindset with the ability to improve content based on feedback and data; and
Experience with eLearning and design tools such as Articulate 360 (incl. Storyline/Rise), Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, Powtoon and Canva.
