The Role

Reporting to the Quality and Safeguarding Manager, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of an ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management System (QMS) and preparing the organisation for certification.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating implementation activities against the ISO 9001 roadmap;

• Conducting and supporting ISO 9001 gap analysis activities;

• Developing and maintaining quality management documentation, policies and procedures;

• Supporting business units to embed quality management processes into daily operations;

• Maintaining implementation plans, project milestones and risk registers;

• Coordinating document control processes, evidence repositories and compliance registers;

• Preparing the organisation for internal and external audits;

• Assisting stakeholders to prepare for certification audits and interviews;

• Delivering training, guidance and support to internal teams; and

• Providing regular project updates and progress reporting to leadership.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 standards;

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, audits and continuous improvement frameworks; and

• Experience developing policies, procedures and process documentation.

Highly regarded:

• ISO Lead Auditor Certification;

• Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP or similar);

• Experience within disability, health, aged care, community services or other regulated environments; and

• Exposure to ISO 27001.
