About the Role:
These are two permanent IT Support Analyst opportunities available for immediate start within the Geelong office.
You will provide day-to-day technical support across a diverse client base, handling incidents, troubleshooting issues and maintaining strong client relationships. The role includes primarily remote support with occasional local site visits across Geelong and Western Melbourne (mileage reimbursed).
This position suits someone looking to further develop within an MSP environment while working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 technical support to commercial clients;
Manage tickets within SLA-driven environments;
Assist with troubleshooting and system maintenance;
Communicate clearly with clients throughout issue resolution; and
Support occasional on-site client visits.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Experience in IT support within structured environments;
MSP experience highly regarded;
Strong customer service and communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple tickets effectively; and
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
