**About the Role:

u&u Recruitment Partners is seeking an IT Support Technician or IT Support Analyst to join a growing technology team based in Geelong.
This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start available for someone with 1–5 years of IT support experience who enjoys solving problems, helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be responsible for providing technical support across a broad range of technologies, managing support requests, troubleshooting issues and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The team is looking for someone who can confidently engage with users, think critically and take ownership of issues through to resolution.
**
This opportunity would suit either:
**
An IT Support Technician with 1–3 years' experience looking to continue developing their technical skills; or
An IT Support Analyst with 3–5 years' experience seeking broader exposure and increased responsibility.
**Key Responsibilities:
**
Provide remote and occasional onsite technical support;
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and Microsoft-related issues;
Manage and prioritise support requests within agreed service levels;
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and remote support tools;
Escalate more complex issues where required;
Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation; and
Build strong relationships with end users and stakeholders.
****About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:**
**
1–5 years' experience in an IT support, service desk or helpdesk environment;
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments;
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Confidence managing support requests over the phone;
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset; and
Ability to perform effectively in a busy support environment.
****Experience working in a ticketed support environment will be highly regarded.
