About the Role
This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the Geelong team for an immediate start.
Working within a 12-person support function, you will act as a senior escalation point across diverse client environments. The role combines advanced troubleshooting, customer engagement and involvement in project-based work alongside BAU support.
An on-call rotation applies approximately once every few months, with additional allowance provided.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex technical incidents and escalations;
Support diverse Microsoft-based client environments;
Participate in project delivery alongside BAU support;
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff; and
Maintain strong client communication and service standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Strong L2/L3 technical support experience;
Background within MSP or fast-paced IT environments;
Advanced troubleshooting across Microsoft ecosystems;
Excellent listening and client communication skills; and
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
