We’re partnering with a well-established engineering firm looking for a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join their onsite team across the Central Coast.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground, supporting users directly, and solving problems in real time. You’ll be working closely with a mix of end users, including senior stakeholders, so strong communication and customer service skills are just as important as your technical ability. What you’ll be doing:
Providing VIP support to senior stakeholders;
Delivering face-to-face / walk-up support;
Supporting Windows 11 desktop environments;
Imaging and deploying devices;
Troubleshooting O365, Adobe, Bluebeam and other applications;
Resolving network connectivity issues (VPN, LAN/WAN);
Supporting mobile devices, tablets & Intune enrolment;
Managing IT assets (registers, warranty checks, returns);
Handling printer support and vendor coordination;
Logging and managing incidents via ServiceNow; and
Attending daily onsite support stand-ups.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a Level 2 IT Support / Desktop Support role;
Strong troubleshooting skills across end-user, network and device issues;
Confident supporting VIP users and senior stakeholders;
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments;
Great communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude; and
Full driver’s licence and own vehicle (travel between sites required).
The details:
Travel between multiple Central Coast locations required;
Fully onsite role (no hybrid/WFH); and
Contract through to end of year, with strong likelihood of extension.
