About the Role:

u&u Recruitment Partners is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join a well-established financial services organisation based in Melbourne CBD.
 
This is a permanent opportunity offering the chance to work across modern Microsoft technologies, infrastructure projects and Level 3 technical support within a collaborative technology team. You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing the organisation's end-user environment while contributing to automation, continuous improvement and infrastructure uplift initiatives.
 
This role is based in Melbourne CBD, with four days per week onsite preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 technical support and infrastructure administration across Microsoft technologies;

• Deliver infrastructure projects, device refreshes and Microsoft 365 improvements;

• Administer Azure, Entra ID, Intune and hybrid Active Directory environments;

• Develop PowerShell automation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives; and

• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across the Technology team.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience as a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer or Senior EUC/Desktop Engineer;

• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune administration experience;

• PowerShell scripting and automation capability;

• Experience supporting hybrid Active Directory and Azure Virtual Desktop environments; and

• A collaborative approach with strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience with JAMF, Patch My PC or enterprise project delivery will be highly regarded.
